How does a neutraceutical company create an online presence and get e-commerce-ready in the most efficient way possible?
Vibrant Life produced a unique formulation of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients that had sold well in traditional bricks-and-mortar venues where customers were engaged face-to-face but had never had any success in the online world.As part of our initial market reconnaissance, we determined that Vibrant Life would require extra 'touch' if it were to command the same sales pace online as it did in the traditional world. To that end, we developed what amounted to a menu-driven virtual knowledge base on the product's various components and their respective benefits within the formulation.
Once the site content had been married with fresh design, we worked (offline) with call centers and fulfillment providers to create a comprehensive and seamless e-commerce package.
