Taylor's Closet - Donor Development Website

How do you give a brand new non-profit a web presence that communicates the heart behind it and empowers supporters and donors to join in?

When the idea for Taylor's Closet was born it was envisioned as a place (as in one singular location) where girls in foster care could come in and shop for free. It's a revolutionary little idea that has the ability to genuinely touch kids hearts and prove to them that God really does care. And then the media found out about this "little idea" and the need for a real, honest-to-goodness communications campaign became evident.

Our first task was to create a unique identity that could meet the ministry's rigorous image standards as well as command a presence within the crowded marketplace of non-profits vying for attention and funding. The result has been overwhelmingly well-received and has since been translated across multiple print, web and video platforms.

We put a lot of credence into the idea that the internet is still just another means for human beings to talk to each other, so when it came to their website, we built what amounts to an online narrative of the story behind the story of Taylor's Closet complete with all of the functions and features one might find on the site of an established and mature non-profit.

Today, the site serves as an extensible communication tool for clients (girls in foster care), well-wishers, donors and media inquiries.
